General
The terms and conditions that we state on this page all apply when registering a Babu88 account. If at any point you disagree with the terms and conditions, you will be denied access to our Babu88 website and all of its features.
If you decide to register an account, it means that you've read through, accepted and understood the full terms and conditions that we place in front. Babu88 operates under a license issued by the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA), which gives us the right to organize gambling activities and accept sports betting on the Internet.
Obligations
If you are willing to take part in any activity at our Babu88 website, you have to be over 18 years or be over the age limit that your country of residence deems legal to participate in any gambling activity.
At Babu88, you can only have one active player account. If we find multiple accounts with the same personal information you have already provided, those accounts will be terminated. Registration of a second account is prohibited and punishable by blocking all accounts.
Deposits
The minimum deposit amount at Babu88 is BDT 200 via any of our supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. For activating a Welcome Bonus, the minimum deposit is BDT 500. Here are the available payment options for making deposits:

All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Babu88 does not charge any fees for deposits.
Withdrawals
Prior to requesting a withdrawal, we require fulfilling any wagering requirements that have been set and a minimum balance of BDT 800. Whichever payment method you choose, the processing time takes from a few hours up to 7 days, and the winnings will be sent to your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account.
Withdrawal of money is allowed only to verified electronic wallets, which belong to the owner of the account. The requisites must be the same as those provided during registration.
There are deposit and withdrawal limits for each e-wallet in the cash desk. Payment transactions can be made only within these limits.
Bonuses
If you do claim any type of bonus with us at Babu88, whether that is a deposit bonus or any other promotion, you won't be able to claim the winnings if the wagering requirements associated with the bonus aren't fulfilled.
- The wagering requirement for the Sports Welcome Bonus is x13.
- The wagering requirement for the Casino Welcome Bonus (Slots or Live Casino) is x18.
- The wagering requirement for the Unlimited Slots Deposit Bonus is x2.
- The wagering requirement for the Cashback bonus is x3.
- All wagering conditions must be met within 30 days of receiving the bonus.
- Only one Welcome Bonus can be activated (Sports OR Casino). Once activated, the others become unavailable.
- For the Welcome promotion, a minimum deposit of BDT 500 is needed.
- Before you may request a withdrawal, you must first meet the wagering criteria. Both the bonus and winnings will be lost if you seek a withdrawal before completing the playthrough conditions.
Anti-Fraud Policy
One of the main problems relevant to the gambling industry is fraud, in particular money laundering. Unscrupulous users often try to implement their schemes using casino and betting sites, so the industry has adopted a number of rules and regulations to discourage illegal activities. The following rules are in place on Babu88:
- Only users over 18 years of age are allowed to register. Underage players cannot create an account and make deposits.
- We have set a limit of one account per user.
- There are deposit and withdrawal limits for each e-wallet in the cash desk.
- Withdrawal of money is allowed only to verified electronic wallets, which belong to the owner of the account.
The security service may ask the user to verify their identity at any time. Failure to do so will result in the freezing of the account and the inability to withdraw funds.
If the security service suspects that the user is engaged in any type of fraud, the potential offender's account will be temporarily frozen until all details are clarified. If fraud or money laundering is confirmed, the account will be permanently blocked and the details of the offender will be handed over to law enforcement authorities.

Inactive Accounts
Prior to deeming your account as paused or inactive, we at Babu88 will send a direct notification informing you about your inactive account. If you ignore all of our attempts to contact you over a period of 30 days, the account may be subject to administrative actions in accordance with our internal policies.
License & Regulation
Babu88 operates legally under a license issued by the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA). This license confirms the right of Babu88 to provide gambling and sports betting services to internet users.
These activities may be carried on in all countries where Malta's jurisdiction over gambling activities has been asserted. Countries excluded include the Netherlands, Curacao, Australia, France, USA, Canada, and the Dutch West Indies.
The Malta Gaming Commission is a not-for-profit organisation and does not directly benefit from the activities of licensed companies. Responsibility for all actions taken by the management lies entirely with the administration of Babu88.
Trademarks
All logos and trademarks, other than the licensed company's brand identity and domain name, are the intellectual property of the Malta Gaming Commission and are protected by copyright law. The use of these trademarks by third parties for their own purposes is prohibited.
All types of content presented on the Babu88 website, including text, images, and other media, are the intellectual property of Babu88 and may not be used by third parties without prior written agreement.

Penalties and Termination
If we at Babu88 come across or have concrete evidence that you have participated or engaged in illegal or fraudulent activities, or you have negated the agreement that we have settled on with these terms and conditions, we have the right to suspend, freeze, or terminate your account.
This includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts, providing false personal information, engaging in money laundering, or any form of abuse of our bonus programmes.
